저희 그룹웨어 메인화면에 메일 Count 값이 표시되고 있습니다.
이부분인 간혹가다 -1 값이 뜨는 경우가 발생 합니다.
제가 알기로는 -1 일 뜨는 경우는 사용자의 E-mail 정보가 잘못 되었을 경우 와 Exchange CAS 서버와 EWS 통신에 문제가 있을 경우로 알고 있습니다.
특정사용자의 문제일 경우에는 E-mail 정보의 오류를 의심해 보지만 다수의 사용자가 같은 증상일 겨우에는 EWS 쪽을 의심해야 합니다.
에제 부터 증상이 발생 하고 있으며 금일 CAS 서버 01 , 02 서버 IIS 를 IISRESET 처리를 하였습니다.
IIS RESET 이후 그릅웨어 접속시후 F5 키를 Refresh 를 할경우 1 과 -1 이 번갈아 나타 납니다.
모바일도 메인화면과 동일하게 EWS 를 이용하여 구현이 되어 있는걸로 아는데... 모바일은 접속시 아무 이상이 없는것으로 판단이 됩니다.
메인화면에 메일 Count 표시하는 웹파트 소스내에서는 웹참조 Exchange https://ekpgw.rsm.kr/ews/Exchange.asmx 와 통신을 하는 것 같네요..
메인화면 웹파트쪽 구현이 모바일과 어떤 점에서 차이가 나는지 궁금 하며 메인화면에 -1 Count가 발생하지 않게 하기 위해서는 어떤 개선이 필요한지 확인 부탁 드립니다.

메일 카운트 -1 나오는 현상은 명령어를 통해 정상적으로 업데이트 된 것을 확인하였습니다.
일부 사용자가 추후 동일한 현상이 발생할 경우 아래와 같은 명령어를 실행하여 업데이트 해주시면 됩니다.
Set-SPUser -Web "https://spsgw.rsm.kr" -Identity "i:0#.w|rsm\pk00009" -Email "hyungchul.lim@renaultsamsungM.com" -SyncFromAD
위에 명령어를 실행하시게 되면 정상적으로 업데이트가 되오니 이점 참고 부탁 드립니다.
